Everything we do is rooted in search. With this at the forefront, we knew that content that features real people (founders, attendees, customers) tends to build trust much more than generic brand-led pieces. In fact 84% of people say they trust brands more when they use user-generated content, and nearly two-thirds of consumers trust influencer (i.e. individual) messages over direct brand adverts.
Additionally, we found CEO and leadership content often gets significantly higher engagement.
Vox-pop and interview-style content provides authenticity, emotional cues, and relatability, attributes shown in multiple studies to improve perceived trust, message retention, and likelihood to convert. Together with founder- or human-centric video clips, this mix can outperform static or brand-only messaging in both reach and credibility.
Our team shot the full panel discussions, captured audience reactions, and filmed bonus interviews with attendees straight after the event. This created a mix of polished footage and authentic, in-the-moment clips that reflected the true spirit of the day.
