Cadogan Hall is one of London’s most respected concert venues, best known for world-class classical and contemporary music. They wanted to expand their audience by positioning comedy as a major part of their programme and needed a campaign that could prove comedy had the potential to drive serious ticket revenue.
Search and social data showed consistent demand for “London comedy shows” and “stand-up comedy near me”, with sharp spikes around payday and weekends. This suggested comedy could be a powerful growth lever if Cadogan Hall could capture attention at the right moments and pair its trusted venue brand with the energy of live comedy.
We built a multi-layered paid social campaign combining reach-driven awareness ads with retargeting campaigns optimised for conversions. Creative ensured the campaign resonated with both existing audiences and new comedy-goers.
Despite Cadogan Hall’s reputation as a concert hall, this campaign proved comedy could become their most profitable vertical, driving over half of all campaign revenue and setting a new benchmark for future event marketing.
