Julie Pawson Aesthetics wanted to increase recurring revenue by growing sign-ups for The Glow Collective, their multi-tiered clinic membership programme. The challenge was to attract high-quality leads, not just clicks, and convert them into long-term paying members.

The opportunity lay in combining precise, search-informed targeting with an understanding of client behaviour in the aesthetics space. By balancing audience growth with retargeting, we could capture both new interest and warm, already-engaged prospects, maximising impact while keeping costs lean.

We designed a two-part Meta ads strategy: Targeting new clients beauty and aesthetics lovers within Julie’s local and surrounding areas, using interest-based targeting to expand reach, and Retargeting warm audiences, including engaged Instagram followers and recent website visitors, ensuring the brand stayed front of mind.

A mix of creatives tailored to different awareness stages ensured the campaign resonated with audiences at every step of their decision-making journey.

With just £120 ad spend, the campaign delivered exceptional impact:

  • 15,813 impressions
  • 258 link clicks
  • 6.17% average CTR
  • 30 qualified leads at £3.45 per lead

Most importantly, 6 leads converted into paying members, creating recurring monthly revenue and delivering a 5.79x return from a single, low-cost campaign.
