The brief

Skindustry, a local aesthetic clinic, wanted to celebrate their first birthday in a way that not only marked the milestone but also drove real business results. They needed a campaign that boosted visibility, created excitement in their local community, and converted that attention into bookings.

The INSIGHT

Our ongoing Instagram management gave us a window into what resonates with Skindustry’s audience. At the same time, search data shows that in the UK there are are on average 41,000 searches per month for general “aesthetics” type terms, indicating a big latent demand. 

Research confirms that trust is a major factor in whether a potential client proceeds with an aesthetic treatment. 

Many people searching are highly local, so visibility in local search PLUS real-people testimonials PLUS social proof matters a lot. We knew from prior campaigns with Skindustry that social content showing genuine patient experience and clinic environment was more engaging than generic promo material.

THE APPROACH

We designed a month-long campaign celebrating Skindustry’s 1st birthday, using a mix of content themes: celebratory visuals, limited-time offers, and engaging reels tailored for Instagram. Every asset was created to maximise shareability and extend reach beyond their existing followers.
